Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 3/4 c butter softened
- 1 c sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 c AP flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 c preserves or jam raspberry, strawberry, apricot, guava - you do you, my friend

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare baking sheet by lining with parchment
- Cream together butter and cream cheese
- Add sugar to cream cheese mixture and beat until combined
- Add vanilla and beat until combined
- Gradually add flour and baking soda, mixing well
- Chill dough for 30m
- Shape chilled dough into balls and place on baking sheet
- Make indentation in each ball with the bottom of a spoon or with your thumb
- Fill each indentation with the preserves/jam of your choice
- Bake for 8-12m at 350°F, until lightly browned
- Transfer to cooling rack and allow to cool completely
